Renovation of a municipal facility in Duncan, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Stephens County Commissioners will accept bids for the Renovation to the Stephens County Fairgrounds Office, located at 2002 S. 13th St., Duncan, Ok 73533. Successful Vendor will furnish all labor, materials, supplies needed and to construct project in accordance with the Contract documents. Please include in your bid a beginning date, and completion date, upon award of bid, as this may be a factor in award of bid. Must have Worker's Compensation on applicable employees, and must provide verification of same. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond equal to 5% of the bid IF PROJECT TOTAL IS OVER $50,000, made payable to the County Clerk of Stephens County, Oklahoma, as a proposal guaranty. Checks for unsuccessful bidders shall be returned after bid opening. The Board of County Commissioners will review all bids submitted and select the bid that best meets or exceeds the required minimum specifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not satisfactory. Upon award of bid, successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond. Remove an Existing Door and Window o Build a Counter with a Half Wall and Door o Remove and Replace Cabinets above the File Cabinets to Create More Storage o Texture and Paint Walls o Paint Doors in Common Office Area o Remove and Replace Cabinets in Hallway
