This project is to replace existing obsolete PLC system components at the Ridgefield Treatment Plant with new Owner-furnished PLC system components. The Work requires electrical installation and wiring with live voltages up to 120VAC. All work will be in accordance with the Contract Plans and these Contract Provisions. CLARK REGIONAL WASTEWATER DISTRICT (District) reserves the right to cancel this request or reject any and all quotations received or to waive any informalities and irregularities if it determines that such action is in the best interest of the District. Quotations Under $50,000 Unless waived by the District in accordance with RCW 39.04.155(3)(b), a payment and performance bond shall be executed by the successful bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Washington, on the required District form, within ten (10) days after the award date.
