The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests statements of qualifications from Professional Services Consultants interested in providing the Urbana-Champaign campus with landscape architecture services on a retainer basis. The University has a target of three (3) firms to be selected, but reserves the right to award more or fewer based on the qualifications of the submitting firms. Selected firms will be awarded an initial two-year agreement beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2026. Each agreement will have the option for one (1) two-year renewal. The total term with the ability to renew will end at June 30, 2028. At the renewal, there will be an opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis during the contract period. Consistent with the dollar limits on actions requiring Board of Trustees authorization, retainer agreements may be used on individual projects with total project costs up to $5,000,000 or with professional fees up to $750,000 per project. Each consultant will be limited to an aggregate of $1,000,000 in fees per fiscal year. There is no guarantee that any work will be assigned. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
