As of February 15, 2024 project was awarded to Allstar Ecology LLC but awarded amount is not available. All proposals not in conformity with this notice may be considered informal and may be rejected. No bid will be allowed to be withdrawn for any reason whatsoever after it has been deposited with the City of Parkersburg, West Virginia. All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed as described in the advertisement. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond prepared on the form of bid bond attached hereto, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of 5% of the bid. Attorneys-in-fact who sign bonds must file with each bond a certified and effectively dated copy of their power of attorney All work must be done to the riparian and stream restoration standards of the State of West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and the United States Army Corps of Engineers. All work shall be performed as indicated on plans and specification and include every aspect of work as obvious or implied and necessary to make work complete and fully operational. The Finance Director reserves the right to reject all bids or parts of bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, when the public interest will be served.
