Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Parkersburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

A. Mechanically attach one (1) layer of 1 " polyliso insulation over the entire roof area. B. Adhere ,060 black EPDM over the entire roof area. C. Properly flash all walls and penetrations. D. Fabricate and install .040 kynar aluminum coping. E. Fabricate and install .040 kynar aluminum drip edge. F. Reuse the existing gutter and downspout. G. Remove and dispose of all debris generated by our work, furnish a 20- year manufacturer's warranty. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety, in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder shall submit a Performance and Material Bond within ten (10) calendar days of award notification. Failure to submit a Performance Bond nullifies the Bid. The successful bidder shall ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. A certified cashier's check is not acceptable as a Bid Bond. If a bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any portion of the bid document(s), he/she may submit a question via email to Director of the Physical Plant Department, Martin Best, at martin.best@k12.wv.us Questions and answers shall be sent to all parties who received a bid document from the Purchasing Department prior to the noted deadline.
