Provo City is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to update the current Provo City Stormwater Master Plan. Work includes updating modeling, capital facilities plan, and other elements. Professional engineering svcs incl civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural & engineering design/consulting, inspection certification svcs, testing/geotechnical, hazardous materials service, commissioning svcs . The right is reserved by the city to reject any and all proposals. The City of Provo, Utah is soliciting Proposals from qualified Stormwater Engineers to evaluate current and future stormwater needs for the purpose of updating the Stormwater Master Plan. The current Provo City Stormwater Master Plan is outdated. Since the last revision several improvements have been completed including, but not limited to right-of-way acquisition, new roads, and existing road modifications. The selected firm shall enter into a contract with Provo City. This document serves as an invitation to submit a Proposal based upon the requirements and conditions set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The contract time for this project is three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
