Major items include Mobilization; Traffic Control; Erosion & Sediment Control; Audio Visual Taping; 5,300 LF 6" C900 CL 305 PVC Water Line; 800 LF 2" SDR 13.5 PVC Water Line; 800 LF 1" PE Pipe; 800 LF 3/4 " PE Pipe; 23 EA 6" Gate Valves w/Valve Boxes; 8 EA 2" Ball Valve w/Valve Box; 10 EA of Fire Hydrant Assembly; 760 TON of Asphalt Trench Patch (Base); 250 TON of Asphalt Trench Patch (Wearing); 700 TON of Asphalt Overlay; 7,600 SY of Asphalt Milling; 100 SY Concrete Roadway Repair; 40 TON of Aggregate for Streets/Driveways; 1,600 CY of Aggregate for Backfill; 10 EA of Test Pit Excavation and Refill; 120 LF of Corrugated Metal or HDPE Culvert; 100 LF Temporary Above Ground Water Service; 1 LS Meter Reading System & Training; and all other appurtenances and incidentals to complete the work.
