Plantation Park Renovations - Phase 1 This project is to install artificial turf with underdrain system on an existing ball field, connecting to existing storm water system at Plantation Park, 3060 Racetrack Road, St. Johns, FL 32259. Work shall include, but not be limited to, grading/disposal of excess cut material, erosion control, site stabilization, demolition of existing press box/fencing/electrical, installation of new goal posts, installation of new fencing and ball stop netting, installation of electrical conduit for future construction, construction of new sidewalk, and providing a turf groomer, per the plans and specs included in the Bid Documents.
