**As of April 8, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** Sealed bids will be received by the St. Johns County School Board for the construction of Bartram Trail High School Partial Roof Replacement located in the northwestern portion of St. Johns County, Florida. Work includes Roof Replacement and Repairs. All bids (to include an original and one copy) must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside Bartram Trail High School Partial Roof Replacement, ITB2025-001. All questions concerning the project shall be submitted, in writing, to the Design Consultant, A/R/C Associates, Incorporated. This office is the only point where information will be disseminated. All questions must be received by 5:00pm on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Final Addendum will be issued Thursday, March 27, 2025. The St. Johns County School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and minor irregularities in bidding and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interest of the System.
