As of April 25, 2024, per owner a design team has been identified. The term of the contract is March 27, 2024 through December 31, 2026. Design is to be completed by the end of August 2024 with construction by the end of September 2025. The county's preferred completion date is the end of March 2025. Bayo Non-potable Booster Rehabilitation Engineering Services. Board of Public Utilities Approval March 20, 2024. Approval required for agreements of $300,000. or greater. Question Deadline 02/02/2024 Any questions must be received in writing at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for when proposals are due. Los Alamos County Department of Public Utilities DPU is seeking Professional Engineering services to design and prepare construction drawings and specifications for the electric and mechanical upgrades to the Bayo non-potable Booster station in the DPU water reuse system. County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any proposals; to waive any and all irregularities in any or all statements or proposals; to request additional information from any or all respondents; and to award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is most beneficial to County.
