The Contractor Shall Perform All Work Within the Time Stipulated the Contract and Shall Provide All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools, Utility Services, and Transportation to Complete All of the Work Required in Strict Compliance With the Contract Documents as Specified in ''component Parts of the Contract'' Section Below for the Following Project: City of Lake Forest Pittsford Park Shade Structure Canopy Replacement Project, Pw 2023-09 The Contractor and Its Surety Shall Be Liable to City for Any Damages Arising as a Result of the Contractor's Failure to Comply With This Obligation. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish City With a Performance Bond Equal to 100% of the Successful Bid, and a Payment Bond Equal to 100% of the Successful Bid, Prior to Execution of the Contract. All Bonds Are to Be Secured From a Surety That Meets All of the State of California Bonding Requirements, as Defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120, and is Admitted by the State of California.
