Mechanical Integrity Testing - North Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant. Question Deadline 01/30/2024 at 5:00 PM ET. In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Vendors are invited to respond for a fixed contract to perform a mechanical integrity test (MIT) on six (6) existing deep injection wells (IW-1 through IW-6) in accordance with the specified testing protocol. The Work set forth within these bid documents includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment (testing, recording and reporting), services and incidentals for the testing of the wells. The Work is located in District 4 at the North Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (NRWWTP), 2401 North Powerline Road, at the northwest corner of Copans Road and Powerline Road in Pompano Beach, Florida. The County may withhold acceptance of or reject any items that the County determines do not meet the specificaon requirements of the solicitaon. Upon wrien noce from County, Contractor must remove the rejected items at its own expense within five (5) calendar days aer the County's noce of rejecon and then replace them at its own expense with items that meet the specific on requirements of the solicitaon. The Director of Purchasing, or the Broward County Board of County Commissioners, as applicable, reserves the right to waive technicalies and irregularies and to reject any or all responses.
