The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide continuing construction services to clean, inspect, and survey critical City-owned stormwater infrastructure for the Citys Public Works Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). This Project is located City Wide, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and disposal for the cleaning, inspection, and surveying of critical City-owned catch basins, stormwater mains, manholes, outfalls, drainage ditches, drainage wells, junction boxes, as well as scheduled and unscheduled (emergency) stormwater infrastructure cleaning for the City. Licensing Requirements: Possession of a Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor, Certified General Contractor, or any other State or County License(s), Certification(s) or Registration(s) deemed legally permissible by the City to conduct the nature of the work required in this solicitation is required. Contractor must have NASSCO PACP/MACP certified team members, GIS technicians, and Professional Surveyor(s) licensed in the State of Florida. NOTE: Payment on this contract will be made by Check. Submission of a bid will be considered evidence that the bidder has familiarized himself with the nature and extent of the work, equipment, materials, and labor required.
