2024/01/31 05:00:00 PM CST The Cross Lake Band of Indians (CLBOI) hereinafter referred to as the Owner, invites proposals for the Supply, Delivery, Startup and Testing of the Conventional Water TreatmentSystem Equipment for the Owners new Water Treatment Plant (i.e., Mistaseneek Water Treatment Plant) in the Cross Lake First Nation (CLFN), Manitoba. The Owner is in the process of designing and constructing a new water treatment plant for the CLBOI community. The Owner intends to purchase a Conventional Water Treatment System shop drawings prior to completing the facility design so that the design can efficiently integrate the conventional treatment system into the building. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for pre-selection and pricing agreement for the supply and delivery of the following equipment items and services: Provide services and technical documentation to Owner during final design of the Project.
As an assigned sub-contractor to a future General Contractor who will install the treatment equipment; supply and deliver the conventional water treatment equipment and ancillary systems to the care of the General Contractor.
Provide commissioning services, operator training, manuals, and performance testing.
Provide a performance guarantee for the conventional treatment system. 1.the Work Includes the Supply, Delivery, Commissioning, and Maintenance Services of a Complete Conventional Water Treatment System, Complete With All Services and Auxiliary Components and as Set Out More Particularly in the Documents, That Form Part of the Rfp to the Site. 2.the Initial Purpose of This Rfp is to Permit the Contract Administrator to Complete the Detailed Design for the Mistaseneek Water Treatment Plant Building (Also Referred to as the "New Water Treatment Plant"), Including the Selection of Key Equipment Which Will Be Purchased by Clboi and Then Novated to a General Contractor for Installation. If Proponents Wish to Participate in This Process, They Are Requested to Respond to This Rfp and Must Do So in Accordance With the Specified Requirements Outlined in This Rfp. .3all Relevant Technical and Commercial Information Provided by the Proponent, in Conjunction With the Supply Contract, Will Be Incorporated Into the Tender and Contract Documents That the Contract Administrator Prepares for the General Construction Contract. .4the Equipment is to Be Manufactured or Assembled, as the Case May Require, and Will Be Shipped to the Project Site by the Supply Contractor and Will Be Stored by the General Contractor. .5the Supply Contractor Shall Deliver All Equipment F.o.b. To the Cross Lake Band of Indians Mistaseneek Water Treatment Plant Site (Cross Lake Manitoba, Canada) Designated by the General Contractor, Including Freight, Duty, Insurance, and All Covering Charges on the Delivery Scheduled Within the Period Specified in the Rfp.
