Reference Number 0000340101 Question Acceptance Deadline 02/08/2024 10:00 PM MT All bidders questions and inquires shall be directed to the Town of Parker's Project Manager, Eli Vidales, evidales@parkeronline.org, 303-805-3200. 2,000 gallons of modified epoxy pavement markings at various locations throughout the Town of Parker. The project will have three (3) mobilizations Contract shall be completed on or before November 22, 2024 for this project. Liquidated damages will be charged in accordance with Trade Contractor's Agreement, Article 4. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Owner has required the Contractor to furnish either a Certified Check, equivalent to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of said bid, or a Bid Bond. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
