Contractor shall track and bill each project separately. The first project involves adding a second left turn lane on Mainstreet at Twenty-Mile Road east to north including replacing the traffic signal at the SE corner. The Town has purchased the traffic signal. Adding a new left turn lane on Twenty-Mile Road at Stage Run south to east. Adding a new right turn lane on Twenty-Mile Road at Mainstreet south to west. The project is also inclusive of stormwater scope, select Streets R&R (Schedule B), traffic control, landscape & irrigation restoration, CBMPs, signage & striping, and all related incidental work. The second project involves adding a new southbound thru/right-turn lane to Dransfeldt Rd between Mainstreet and Pony Express Drive including widening sidewalks and replacing curb ramps. Select traffic facilities will be reset and or replaced at each intersection. All replacement traffic poles, and mast arms have been purchased by the Town. The project is also inclusive of minor retaining walls, stormwater scope, fire hydrant relocates, diamond grinding, traffic control, landscape & irrigation restoration, CBMPs, signage & striping, and all related incidental work.
