The successful Bidder will be required to furnish, as part of the Contract, insurance certificates in the amount specified in the General Conditions, a Performance, Payment, Maintenance and Warranty Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. *The City reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
