Reference Number 0000351158 Delivery Point: Cherry Hills Village, CO Cherry Hills Village, Colorado United States Question Deadline 05/31/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Cherry Hills Village seeks to contract with a vendor to perform a comprehensive inventory and assessment of the City's storm drainage system. The selected vendor will develop the City's stormwater asset inventory and mapping database with the data collected and perform an analysis of the data to identify budget levels for annual stormwater asset maintenance, capital repairs and replacement. The City currently owns approximately 17,000 linear feet of underground storm pipes. In addition to the total pipe length, the City has an inventory of locations and sizes of all inlets and outlets connected to the system totaling 117 structures. While the City has a fairly good idea of the location of the inlets and outfalls which feed to them, it has less certainty as to where the pipe infrastructure is in the points in between inlets and outfalls. It is also unsure of the current condition of these pipes. Therefore, one of the important outcomes of this project will be the mapping of a detailed inventory of the City's complete storm drainage system from inlet to outfall to allow the City to have an accurate master record moving forward. When determined necessary, the contractor will need to provide all traffic control (flaggers, signage, cones, ultra panels, etc.) throughout the entire project. The City of Cherry Hills Village recognize traffic control or mobilization, re-mobilization, or de-mobilization as a separate line item.
