Bids must be made on standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and marked "NEW JERSEY AVEUNE (CR 621) ROAD RECONSTRUCTION AND ROAD DIET" on the outside, addressed to Clerk of the Board, Administration Building, 4 Moore Road, Crest Haven Complex, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, and must be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or a bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, drawn to the order of Cape May County, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. There is no Federal Funding on this project and no FHWA Construction Oversight on this project. This project has no DBE Goal and no trainee goals.
