Package 1 consists of the earthwork and utitities for a new 72,000 sf Wellness Center in the city of Denison. The earthwork consists of an estimated 6,700 cy of cut, and 13,460 cy of fill (contractor to verify quanities and include their estitmated quanities in their lump some bid). It aslo includes the PEMB Interested contractors must complete the prequalification packet and have it turned in by the time specified to be eligilbel to bid on the project.
