Q&A Deadline 02/12/2024 12:00 PM (PST) Scope of Services The successful bidder shall furnish all bonds, insurance, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals excluding paint to apply a full body paint coating at various city park locations. Other Details In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total. Notes The initial contract will be for a one year period from the date of the award. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award.
