The Authority seeks bids from experienced contractors who have been in business in Massachusetts for no less than five years, for the supplying and installing of wall-to-wall carpeting, LVT & VCT. The pricing is to be held firm from 3/01/24 to 2/28/25. The Contractor is required to complete each installation within seven (7) calendar days from notice by N.H.A. The Contractor shall furnish N.H.A. with copy of Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance. The Contractor shall furnish N.H.A. with copy of Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance. The BIDS sought under this solicitation are subject to M.G. L. c. 149s 44A (2) (B), HUD 24 CFR parts 85.36 and 87, as amended and to the federal Davis Bacon wage Rates as required by 29 CFR parts 1,3,5,6 & 7. For the applicability of mass prevailing wage rates and Davis Bacon, See HUD 5370 EZ 14. (M). Payment within 30 days of receipt of invoice for approved installations. Contractors shall be required to sign the Authorities Owner-Contractor Agreement.
