Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dexter, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Dexter Rural Fire Protection District is seeking Bid Submissions to remove, repair and resurface the front parking area, providing adequate drainage for water runoff. The parking lot was not designed well and lack of water runoff has created soft spots and asphalt deterioration. Bidders are asked to quote a price to replace or repair concrete walkway immediate to parking apron approaching front entrance that has spauled and/or cracked. Work will need to be completed to still allow for normal Fire/EMS response capabilities. Parking area to be sufficient to support fire apparatus. Proposal to include: All associated costs to complete work. Proposed schedule to allow for normal Fire/EMS response. Timeline to complete work. Deadline for Bids: February 29, 2024. Award of Bid March 8. 2024. Selection Criteria: 1. Timeline from start to completion. 2. Cost. 3. Scheduling for Fire/EMS Response. Dexter Rural Fire Protection District reserves the right to select the bid that meets the job requirements and may select any bid regardless of highest or lowest bid.
