Replacement of the watermains (WM) within the City of Burlington (BUR) and Town of Oakville (OAK), as described: Upsize existing 150mm DI WM to new 200mm PVC on Brock Avenue from Elgin Street to Lakeshore Road-~215m (BUR); Upsize existing 150mm CI/PVC WM to new 300mm PVC on Regina Drive from Lockhart Road to end-~350m (BUR); New 300mm PVC WM connecting existing 350mm DI WM on west side Brant Street to 200 mm DI WM on east side of Brant Street- ~40m (BUR); Upsize existing 200mm PVC WM to new 300mm PVC on Fairview Street from Appleby Line to Taylor Crescent (west end) and from Angela Court to Inverary Road- ~600m (BUR); and Upsize existing 150mm PVC WM to new 300mm PVC on Sovereign Street between Bronte Road and Jones Street- ~275m (OAK). TIMELINE: Designs are approximately 60% complete. Tender and construction for all streets, except Fairview Street, anticipated early 2026. Tender and construction for Fairview Street tentative for 2027.
