Renovation of a municipal facility in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lac La Biche County is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to eligible Proponents for the execution of necessary construction and renovation work to establish a specialized training area. All the work will be conducted at the existing Enforcement Services Building in Lac La Biche, Alberta. A summary of the work consists of but not limited to the demolition and removal of existing walls, floors, ceilings, doors, electrical and plumbing fixtures. Additionally, renovations to existing rooms and office spaces, as well as the installation of new walls, rooms, doors, windows, electrical, and plumbing fixtures are part of this RFQ. It is required to seal off the entire renovation area from the existing occupied space to prevent the transmission of airborne particles and reduce construction noise, including the temporary HVAC barrier. Additionally, it is required to remove the sealing after construction and clean up the area by disposing of any unused materials, debris, and garbage created during the construction. Concept construction drawings are included as Schedule 'A', attached. Documents can be obtained from www.purchasingconnection.ca.
