Reference Number 0000341025 Bidders must have sufficient experience working on erosion control and revegetation projects in both rural and urban areas of Weld County to ensure familiarity with the local soil conditions, weather patterns and construction/mining site safety. Additionally, bidders must be headquartered within one hour of the Public Works building at 1111 H Street, Greeley, CO for logistical purposes. Bidders may be required to provide proof of qualifications upon request. Please call Weld County Purchasing at 970-400-4222 or 4223 with any questions. The construction services agreement shall commence on the date the Agreement is signed by the Board of County Commissioners and shall continue in full force until December 31, 2024. At the option of the County, the agreement may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31. Weld County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, to award the bid to multiple vendors, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, is to the best interests of Weld County
