Additionally, bidders must be headquartered within one hour of the Public Works building at 1111 H Street, Greeley, CO for logistical purposes. Bidders may be required to provide proof of qualifications upon request. At the option of the County, the agreement may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31. Weld County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, to award the bid to multiple vendors, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, is to the best interests of Weld County
