For the construction and rehabilitation of the sanitary sewage pipelines located on Wright Street, between Sturdevant and York Streets. Wright Street Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project The sanitary sewer project will generally consist of the installation of 2,080 feet Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP), open cut replacement of 42 PVC sewer laterals, installation of 10 new manholes and surface restoration of the work site Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check in an amount no less than 10 percent of the Bid Sum. The Project is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended. The project is funded through a low interest loan from PENNVEST. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid before the expiration of the 60 day period. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
