The Project consists of replacing two existing roadway culverts which carry West Lake Road over an unnamed tributary to Lake Ontario; and replacing an existing outfall culvert with an open channel, quarry stone lined outfall structure. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: BCA Architects & Engineers, 15 Public Square, Watertown, New York 13601, phone: (315) 782-8130. Bidding Documents also may be examined AT the office of the printing company, Syracuse Blue Print Company, 825 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York 13210 and the office of the Town of Oswego, 2320 County Route 7, Oswego, New York 13126, on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours. Bidding documents remain the property of the Engineer and must be returned in good condition within thirty (30) days after award of contract or rejection of bids. The selected bidder is not required to return the bidding documents. All refunds of deposits will be made only in accordance with the Plan Deposit Policy. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service through Syracuse Blue Print Company, 825 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York 13210. Copies are not available for pickup at the Issuing Office. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
