Reference Number 0000263544 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/12 05:00:00 PM EST OCH requires a qualified vendor to provide secondary electrical and hydro vault maintenance service for OCH properties within the Ottawa area. The work includes regularly scheduled preventative maintenance services as well as various corrective maintenance and on demand repairs. The Contract term will be for three (3) years (the Term) with the option for three (3) additional one (1) year extensions. Obtain Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, with a limit of not less than $5 million per occurrence for personal injury, bodily injury (including death), contractual liability and property damage (to achieve the stated limit the Contractor may use umbrella or excess liability insurance). The policies will cover the operations of the Contractor and will include the following endorsements: products and completed operations, non-owned automobile, blanket contractual liability and owners and contractors protective coverage. OCH will be included as additional insured and the policies will include a cross liability and severability of interests clause; Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
