Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) are requesting bids from qualified General Contractors for construction of a new 46,376 Sq. Ft. occupied floor area Wellness and Recreation Center located at 477 SW Ferry Avenue Siletz, OR 97380, Map and Tax Lot 10-10-09- BC-00101-00. Awarded Contractor shall give a copy of all approved permits to the project manager. The Siletz Tribe will give preference to Alaska Native and Indian owned Economic Enterprises proving a minimum of 51% Indian ownership. This solicitation does not commit the Siletz Tribe to pay any costs incurred in preparation of a bid. The Siletz Tribe reserves the right to re advertise when it is in the best interest of the Siletz Tribe.
