Site work for a water / sewer project in Siletz, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Design/Build Septic System at Brown Park Project Specifications: _Design and install a complete primary onsite wastewater treatment system per Oregon DEQ Onsite rules (including all permits and county onsite approvals). _ Approximately 1,433 linear feet of standard rock and pipe in drain field. _ Design flow of 1,720 GPD. Soil rating is 125'/150 GPD. _ Loop distribution utilizing hydro-splitters for equal distribution. _ Concrete septic tanks with required risers for each. Tanks will have traffic lids, and risers and lids should be standard duty. Dosing tank required. _ Alarm/control panel, pump, floats, panel, and related hardware are to be included, with the panel installed. The alarm panel may be mounted on the proposed restroom or a detached kiosk (constructed by Parks). _ Repair area is located at test pits 5, 6, and 7, outside the campground loop. Stakeout for this area is unnecessary and is excluded from the RFP. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any bid not in conformity with the bid requirements, or the right to reject all bids if it is in the best interest of Lincoln County
