Reference Number 0000263507 Question Acceptance Deadline Feb 06, 2024 02:00 PM CST Fire Damper Repairs Scope to Include the Following: 1 Repair/replace Ductwork and/or Ductwork Supports for Proper Securing of Fire Damper (Fd) 2 Create Room/access to Insure Proper Fd Testing and Operation. 3 Repair and Replace Fd as Needed. 4 Adjust Linkages and Clamps as Required. 5 Unfold or Repair Tabs, Angle Dampers, Sleeves as Required. 6 Correct Fire Caulking and Silicone as Required. 7 Ensure All Existing Fire Ratings Are Maintained and Ensure All Gaps and Joints Are Fire Stopped Taped and Sealed A bid bond in the amount of at least 10% of the Bid Price in a commercially reasonable form that shall be in effect until ninety (90) calendar days following the Closing Date Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
