Project Manager: John Usery E-mail: john.usery@artaicgroup.com The City of Lone Tree and its partner, South Suburban, (collectively the Owner Team) have hired The Architerra Group, a landscape architecture firm to lead the preliminary design for High Note Regional Park, a new regional park to be located near I-25 and Ridgegate Parkway. The Owner Team have identified financing to begin the first phase of an 80-acre regional park. The Owner Team is committed to realizing the full construction of High Note Regional Park as funding becomes available over the next few years. Now, the Owner Team seeks a collaborative CM/GC partner to join the Project Team. Key elements of the plan include: - Lighted synthetic turf sports fields - A dynamic interactive water feature - A community sized play area - Sports courts including pickleball and basketball - A civic green and performance venue - Bouldering and fitness equipment - Decorative paving - Custom, artful site elements - A dog off-leash park - Parking and vehicular circulation - Shade structures - Plumbed restroom facilities - Maintenance and storage buildings - Water, sanitary, storm, and electrical infrastructure It is anticipated that Phase 1 will have a hard cost budget between $12-19 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Lone Tree reserves the right to reject any statements of qualifications and to accept the statements of qualifications deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City.
