Renovation of a mixed-use development in Liberty, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

1. All items per Master Scope of Work. 2. Design and provide a multi-level rack system for table and chairs complete as indicated in the Contract Documents. 3. This Contractor shall provide all design services required to completely design a fully code compliant and coordinated racking system, with all accessories listed, in accordance with the Construction Documents and all federal, state and local requirements. 4. This Contractor shall hire a 3rd party inspector for required special inspections to ensure structural integrity of system and design criteria have been met. 5. This Contractor shall be responsible for securing all necessary permits required for pallet rack installation. A Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check for Bid Security made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid amount must be submitted with the Bid, pledging that the Bidder All questions should be directed to Matt St.Louis matt.st.louis@newkirknovak.com Insurance requirements are included in the Prime Contract. Contractors will not be allowed on site until they have fully complied with the insurance requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including, without limitation, the right to reject Bids that are incomplete, irregular, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional.
