PROJECT INFORMATION: Phase 1 of interior renovations for Liberty High School in Liberty, MO. Phase 2 scope for Liberty High School as noted on the drawings will be bid out separately at a later date and should not be included in this bid package. A Bid Bond, Cashiers Check or Certified Check for Bid Security made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid amount must be submitted with the Bid, pledging that the Bidder will. Performance and Payment bonds are required for this project.
