Fire Alarm Replacement at the Arlington Elementary School. Work includes all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the Fire Alarm Replacement at the Arlington School. Required DCAMM Certification as Prime/General Contactor in Alarm Systems. Bidders must submit a five percent (5%) bid deposit with their bid. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids must be accompanied with a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City. Questions.
