**As of April 10, 2024, This project has been awarded to Vertical Earth Inc., with the awarded amount of $2,814,289.25.** A. The scope of this project is for site work as it pertains to the Cumming City Center Residential development. The project work is to include roads, curb and gutter, drive aprons, grading and drainage, erosion control, utility coordination, and concrete retaining walls. B. Contract Documents - Construction Documents for Residential at Cumming City Center prepared for by Foresite Group, LLC. The Work consists of: 1. Erosion Control 2. Grading and Drainage 3. Clearing and Tree Removal 4. Sanitary Sewer Installation 5. Water Line installation 6. Utility Coordination 7. Concrete Curb and Gutter 8. Concrete Drive Aprons 9. Asphalt Paving 10. Modular Block Retaining Wall 11. Guardrail Fencing 12. 6' High Wood Privacy Fence 13. Conduit Installation 14. Construction Staking 15. Landscaping C. The Work shall be constructed under a single prime Contract. Contractor shall have a minimum of 5 years' experience with similar construction projects. The City of Cumming is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for site development for the first phase of Residential Site Work at Cumming City Center Question Deadline 02/23/2024 at 5:00 PM ET
