**As of March 11, 2024, the project was awarded to Donald Hietpas & Sons, Inc. , with an awarded amount of $850,000.00 .** PROJECT - The Village of Little Chute's 2024 UTILITY CONSTRUCTION project is in the following location: The project extends approximately 2,565 lineal feet on West Evergreen Drive and is located between the intersections of Holland Road and Vandenbroek Road. BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED FOR THE FOLLOWING CONTRACT: Contract Number: 2024001 Utility Construction - West Evergreen Drive Utility construction to include approximately 3,025 lineal feet of 12-inch to 48-inch diameter storm sewer pipe, 180 lineal feet of 6" pvc storm sewer laterals, 102 vertical feet of 4' to 8' standard precast storm manholes, and 32 total catch basins/storm sewer inlets. The sanitary sewer and water main will not be replaced; sanitary construction includes 17.5 vertical feet of sanitary manhole reconstruction and limited miscellaneous sanitary lateral spot repairs. Water construction is limited to 16 lineal feet of 6" to 12" water main and related fittings to replace or relocate existing fire hydrants, 13 locations will receive new 1-1/4" (approx. 260 Lineal feet) polyethylene water services and fittings. Coordination will be necessary to provide a smooth transition with the successful concrete paving contractor (separate bid). BID SECURITY - No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Little Chute in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/ Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award BID REJECTION - The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Village of Little Chute. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS - No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the Owner. GOVERNING LAWS & REGULATIONS - The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 66.0901, 66.0903 and 779.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
