Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dillon, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of September 16, 2024, no bids were received. Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications and Proposal (RFQ/P) in connection with the Bus Shelter and Turnaround located near Swan Mountain Park off Royal Coachman Blvd. The Owner proposes to retain a highly qualified, capable firm(s) to act as the CM/GC through preconstruction, design assist and construction. In addition to providing customary CM/GC services the Candidate will assist with the du-diligence required to assist the design team's design to meet the owner's expectation of a responsible and efficient design. The selected contractor will construct the bus stop and turnaround. Owner to provide the 4'x8' prefabricated bus shelter. RFQ/P Clarification Deadline - August 30 , 2024 ; 5:00pm M T Construction Complete - October 2025 Owner will require the Contractor to provide a performance bond and a separate labor and material payment bond, each of which shall (a) be executed by a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State, (b) be in customary form, (c) be in the amount payable to such subcontractor pursuant to its project contract and (d) be payable to the Owner. If, at any time prior to completion of the Work covered by any such bond, the surety shall be disqualified from doing business within the State, a new bond shall be provided from an alternate surety licensed to do business in the State. The amount of each bond shall be increased or decreased, as appropriate, to reflect changes to the construction costs. A copy of each such bond and all modifications thereto shall be furnished to the State within 60 days of the effective date of the related Project Contract. The Owner reserves the right (a) to terminate the Request for Proposals process at any time; (b) to reject any or all proposals; and (c) to waive formalities and minor irregularities in the proposals received. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in response to this Request for Proposal that are deemed not to be in the Owner's best interests. The Owner further reserves the right to amend this Request for Proposal at any time and will notify all recipients accordingly.
