Construction of a new process analytical building with piping, instrumentation, controls and electrical work. A large diameter core drill for an existing below grade vertical concrete wall, structural concrete work, and below grade ductile iron process pipe installation. The Town reserves the right to accept any and all bids or parts thereof; to reject any and all bids or parts thereof; and to waive irregularities and informalities. Bids received after the time specified for bid opening will be returned unopened. The Town may accept or reject a bid for any reason.
