Approximately 30-40 Hours a Week Anticipated. * Perform Construction Observation and Inspection Services at Various Capital Improvement Projects to Ensure Compliance With County Policies, Standards, Rules, and Regulations. * * Swan Mountain Road (Primary) * Straight Creek Drive (Secondary - as Time Allows). * Provide Weekly Observation Reports, Including Photographs, and Delivered to County Project Manager the Following Work Week. * Ensure Proper Installation of All Infrastructure and Shall Report to the County Project Manager Any Deviation From Acceptable Engineering and Construction Standards. * Inspect Roadways, Culverts, Site Drainage, Guardrail, Curb and Gutter, and Traffic Control for Compliance With Approved Specifications Along With County and Cdot Standards. * Attend Weekly Meetings for the Swan Mountain Road Construction. This Contract Does Not Include Payment Application Review or Change Order Review This Project Includes the Following Items of Work: * Work Associated With This Contract Will Be for the Months of August and September 2025.\ The Contract Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsible Bidder Who Best Meets the Requirement of Summit County and the Public Interest.
