Summit County Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant is soliciting proposals for sewer line cleaning and video inspection services for its entire collection system over a four-year period. The services include regularly scheduled annual maintenance of 60,000 to 70,000 feet of sewer main and on-call emergency maintenance, with the successful bidder's business location required to be within a 150 mile radius of Dillon, CO. Annual maintenance is expected to begin on or before June 1, 2026 and must be completed within 120 days from the start date. All bids must be clearly titled and submitted electronically or by sealed hardcopy by the specified deadline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets the requirements and serves the public interest. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities or informalities, and conduct investigations or negotiations to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
