The Contractor shall also leave in place the existing 2,500-gallon tank containment (inside the facility) and fill with concrete. The Contractor shall utilize the existing floor drain piping inside the facility to connect to the 2,500-gallon and 5-000-gallon tanks to be installed below the exterior asphalt surface. The site is located at 28214 Highway 6 in Dillon, Colorado. Question Acceptance Deadline 04/09/2025 06:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No CDOT expects the contractor to start onsite work in the summer after winter operations are completed. This advertisement schedule leads to an award in late April, executed contract in late May giving the contractor time to order all materials, mobilize and complete the project in 150 days on site, completing before Winter 2025-26. During site work the contractor must allow access to the vehicle storage facility at all times however CDOT operations will be less than winter operations. Contractor may complete the work for the project in phases per their means and methods however all work must be complete before Winter 2025-26. Work inside the building can occur before setting the exterior holding tanks and completing all work outside the building with proper communication/coordination with CDOT staff.
