Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Porter, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of pavement replacement, milling and HMA road work, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, site restoration and other appurtenant work for 8 streets wholly within the Town of Porter. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Two (2) copies of the Sealed Bids bearing the project name as well as the name and address of the bidder shall be submitted to: Corrine Peffers, Clerk-Treasurer, 303 Franklin St, Porter, IN 46304. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted. Bidding documents will be advertised on January 26th and February 5th, 2024. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the Owner.
