As of March 7, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by Senate Engineers and Surveyors, a Division of LSSE, and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to Harmar Township. All envelopes containing Bid proposal shall be sealed and clearly marked "CHAPEL DOWNS SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT". Bidders must comply with all requirements of Pennsylvania Act 127 of 2012 and Prevailing Wage Act. Harmar Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, for any reason whatsoever.
