AC Improvements at Rock Run Elementary, Riverbend Middle School and Iowa Falls High School The Project includes the following AC Improvements at Rock Run Elementary, Riverbend Middle School and Iowa Falls High School. 1. Installation of AC equipment at all schools. The Project site will be available to commence work starting on June 7th , 2024. The project areas shall be completed by August 16 th , 2024. Bid Proposals must be accompanied by a bid security of five (5) percent (%) from bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the same amount. The bid security shall be provided to the Iowa Falls Community School District as security that if the bidder is awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract on the form provided by the Iowa Falls Community School District at the price bid and shall furnish the required performance bond, payment bond and Certificate of Insurance. If the bidder fails to execute the contract and to furnish an acceptable performance bond, payment bond or Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days after acceptance of the bid, the bid security may be forfeited or cashed by the Iowa Falls Community School District as liquidated damages.
