Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Williams Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a 620-square-foot municipal facility.

Description of Work. The proposed construction consists of a replacement wastewater lift station which includes a 620 square foot masonry building and concrete work; cast-in-place concrete wet well; helical piers; pumping equipment; mechanical work; SCADA and electrical work; emergency power; site work; demolition of existing station; and other miscellaneous items of work. This project will be funded by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Clean Water Fund Program. Bidders are subject to the provisions of the Clean Water Fund Program, including prevailing wage rate compliance with the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) requirements. DBEs are encouraged to submit bids for this project. An alternate deduct bid will allow for local funding rather than Clean Water Fund funding. In accordance with Environmental Loan Program requirements not less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts requirements as defined by Federal Department of Labor shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
