Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Williams Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed construction consists of exterior sitework improvements including perimeter sidewalk, installation of sewage grinder pump and force main connection, water service connection, and septic system abandonment. It also includes new bathroom fixtures and partitions and building improvements including shingle roof replacement and light fixture replacement, and other miscellaneous items of work. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of Williams Bay for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
