**As of March 11, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $321,636.75** Sanitary Sewer Lining and Repair Project A Bid Security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the City of Summit. The Common Council reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals, waive any minor defects, and consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law All work must be completed by July 31, 2024. The major bid items of the project are: 8 10 Sewer Liner, In Place 5,670 LF 8 10 PVC Sewer Replacement 175 LF *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. In order to be given consideration, written requests for interpretation must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid.
