Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Walnut Cove, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 12th, 2024 project was awarded to EMR Services Inc, awarded amount is $104,857.50.** Stokes County is requesting bids from qualified firms for demolition of 13 building structures, 1 water tower, removal of concrete, asphalt, trees, vegetation and undergrowth located at 1075 Dodgetown Road Walnut Cove, NC 27052 The requirements for submitting a bid are stated in the attached invitation to bid. Please review them carefully. Questions or concerns raised during the pre-bid conference will be officially addressed by Glenda Pruitt Purchasing/Project Manager prior to the bid due date. Questions and clarification requests should be submitted to Glenda Pruitt at gpruitt@co.stokes.nc.us no later than Monday, February 12, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Answers to any questions submitted will be posted Electronically. Work must be completed within 120 working days from date of contract. Any questions should be referred to Glenda Pruitt 336-593-2452 or gpruitt@co.stokes.nc.us Stokes County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of Stokes County
